The Library of Karpaga Vinayaga College of Engineering and Technology has Set its vision as" To enlighten the user community". The library is situated on the Second and Third floor of the main building with a floor area of about 7000 sq.ft.Our Library is enhanced with latest Technology for the easeness of students and faculty to develope their knowledge and skills.

These are main sections in the library.

• The stack room
• Two reading halls with periodical section.
• The circulation/Reprographic section with Auto-Lib Software
• Reference/back volume section.
• Digital Library with Internet Connction.
• OPAC(Online Public Access Cataloguing) to provides centralised information about available books, Journals etc., to know whether the required books are in circulation or available in rack. It also provides opportunity for users to reserve and renew books in college aswellas through online.
• We use AUTO-LIB, a specialised software for internal library Maintenance.
• e-Library with 10 computers connected to internet all the time to browse e-journals, e-books etc.,
• Various online subscriptions like IELTS, INDEST, IEEE etc are avilable for helping students and faculty members to research and guide them in projects.
• Libary is centralised Air-conditioned and provided with reading hall with calm and quiet atmosphere.
• Subscribed to various international journals and technical magazines etc.,
